The KB Chachacha API for Korean used car data
EnCarAPI gives you kbchachacha.com as a REST API. KB Chachacha is run by KB Capital, part of KB Financial Group, and is one of the largest used-car marketplaces in South Korea next to Encar. You get its live listings with photos, specifications, options and prices as clean JSON, with model and trim names in English.
The same API key also covers Encar and K Car. Ask for one marketplace or for all three at once - a car that is listed on several platforms is returned only once.
What you get from KB Chachacha
Every listing comes with brand, model, trim, year, mileage, price, fuel, transmission, color, body type, region, equipment options and up to 20 photos. For a growing share of listings the API also returns the public history block: accident reported yes or no, total loss, flood damage, commercial use, liens and seizures, plus the KB diagnosis result for frame and panels.
One request for Encar, KB Chachacha and K Car
Add source=kbc to a request to get KB Chachacha only, or source=all for all three marketplaces in one result list. The filters are the same flat English parameters you use for Encar. Roughly one in four KB Chachacha listings is also on Encar - those duplicates are removed automatically, so your customers never see the same car twice.
Price history and change feed
Every price change is recorded per vehicle, together with the dates a listing was first seen, last seen and removed. On Business and Scale the change feed tells you which KB Chachacha listings were added, updated or removed since your last sync, so a local copy stays current without downloading the catalog again.
What is different from Encar
KB Chachacha does not publish Encar-style inspection sheets or insurance records, so the inspection and record endpoints stay Encar-only. Filters that rely on those fields, for example accident-free frame or number of previous owners, return Encar and K Car listings only. The documentation lists per field which marketplace supports it.

Is there an official KB Chachacha API?
KB Chachacha does not offer a public API for its listings. EnCarAPI is an independent service that collects the publicly visible listing data and provides it through a documented REST API. We are not affiliated with KB Chachacha or KB Capital.
How do I request KB Chachacha data?
Use the same endpoints as for Encar and add source=kbc, or source=all for Encar, KB Chachacha and K Car together. KB Chachacha vehicle ids carry the prefix kbc:, for example /api/vehicle/kbc:12345678.
What does the KB Chachacha API cost?
KB Chachacha and K Car are included in Business (€199/month) and Scale (€299/month). On Starter (€149/month) they are an add-on for €29/month. The 5-day trial for €9.99 includes all three marketplaces.
Are duplicates between Encar and KB Chachacha removed?
Yes. Many dealers list the same car on both platforms. With source=all a car that is on Encar and on KB Chachacha is returned once, as the Encar listing.
