The K Car API for kcar.com vehicle data
EnCarAPI gives you kcar.com as a REST API. K Car is South Korea's largest direct-sale used-car company: it buys, inspects and sells its own stock instead of hosting dealer ads. That makes its listings some of the best documented in the Korean market.
You get K Car listings with photos, specifications, VIN, accident history and prices as clean JSON, through the same API key that also covers Encar and KB Chachacha.
What you get from K Car
Every listing comes with brand, model, trim, year, mileage, price, fuel, transmission, drivetrain, engine power, color, seats, equipment options and photos. The vehicle detail adds the VIN, accident counts and insurance payouts, total-loss, flood and theft flags, ownership changes, rental and commercial-use history, and tire data with tread depth per wheel.
Why K Car data matters for importers
K Car owns the cars it sells and inspects them before listing. For exporters and importers this means consistent descriptions, the VIN in the data and a single seller to deal with. The stock is smaller than Encar's, about 5,000 cars at any time, but it is a dependable source for well-documented vehicles.
One request for all three marketplaces
Add source=kcar to a request to get K Car only, or source=all for Encar, KB Chachacha and K Car in one result list with the same flat English filters. Accident and ownership filters work for K Car just like for Encar. K Car vehicle ids carry the prefix kcar:.
Price history and change feed
Every price change is recorded per vehicle, together with the dates a listing was first seen, last seen and removed. On Business and Scale the change feed reports which K Car listings were added, updated or removed since your last sync.

Is there an official K Car API?
K Car does not offer a public API for its listings. EnCarAPI is an independent service that collects the publicly visible listing data and provides it through a documented REST API. We are not affiliated with K Car.
What is the difference between K Car and Encar?
Encar is a marketplace where thousands of dealers and private sellers advertise. K Car is a single company that sells its own inspected stock. Encar is far larger, K Car is smaller and uniformly documented. With source=all you get both, plus KB Chachacha, in one list.
Does the K Car API include inspection reports?
K Car does not publish Encar-style inspection sheets. The accident, insurance and ownership data is part of the vehicle detail instead, so one call to /api/vehicle/kcar:<id> returns it.
What does the K Car API cost?
K Car and KB Chachacha are included in Business (€199/month) and Scale (€299/month). On Starter (€149/month) they are an add-on for €29/month. The 5-day trial for €9.99 includes all three marketplaces.
